Discussion on Transitional Diabetes Service

Youth Diabetes Action - Youth Camp 2014

8th  to 10th August 2014 (Friday to Sunday)
The Salvation Army Bradbury Camp, Cheung Chau


A series of team building activities were designed and the medical volunteers from Paediatric Endocrine doctors and DM nurses have provide d professional advice, guidance and onsite support for the camp.
It gave the youth a golden opportunity to increase their understanding in how to cope with their daily medical needs, and to improve their self care and their daily lives. Besides, it let them to develop their own social network with friends of similar backgrounds.
